Hello, I’m Misty Hodge, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing online therapy services for individuals and couples throughout Texas.

I understand that life can become overwhelming when stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, ADHD symptoms, or past trauma begin affecting your daily life. Many people find themselves constantly overthinking, emotionally exhausted, disconnected in relationships, or struggling to balance responsibilities while trying to appear “okay” on the outside. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin building healthier patterns with confidence and clarity.

I specialize in stress management, ADHD, anxiety, trauma therapy, couples counseling, and individual therapy. I work with adults and couples who want practical tools for managing emotions, improving communication, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier coping strategies for everyday life.
